Shipping policy

Where orders ship from
Most orders from this store are packed and shipped from our headquarters in Chicago. Some merch items are printed on demand and shipped directly by our production partner, Printful (see below).

North America
Orders delivering to North America ship from Chicago via USPS with tracking. Records and other media ship via USPS Media Mail.

International
Our international distribution partner is K7, which ships many of our titles from warehouses in Europe and the UK through our international store: https://international-anthem.k7store.com/. Ordering from there is often faster and cheaper for customers outside North America.

International orders placed on this store ship from Chicago via USPS. Tracking may be limited depending on the destination. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country, unless these are collected at checkout.

Print-on-demand merch
Some apparel and merch items are made to order and shipped directly by Printful. These items usually take a few business days to produce before shipping, and may ship from a Printful facility closer to you. If your order includes both print-on-demand merch and other items, they will arrive in separate packages with separate tracking.

Pre-orders
Items shipping from Chicago that are ordered together with a pre-order will ship once the pre-order title is in stock. If you'd like in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order. Print-on-demand items ship separately as soon as they're made.
