1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the International Anthem store at shop.intlanthem.com (the "Store") and to any purchase you make through it. The Store is operated by International Anthem LLC ("International Anthem," "we," "us," "our") and is powered by Shopify. By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.

2. Eligibility
To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or guardian.

3. Orders
When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirming that we've received it. Your order is accepted when we ship it or confirm acceptance by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, if there is a pricing or product error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are shown in the currency selected in the Store and may be converted from US dollars for your convenience. We try to keep all prices and product information accurate, but errors can happen. If we discover an error affecting your order, we'll contact you before shipping and give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers at checkout.

5. Taxes and Duties
Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout. For orders shipping outside the United States, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be charged by the destination country. Unless these are collected at checkout, they are the customer's responsibility.

6. Availability, Pre-orders, and Limited Editions
Products are available while supplies last. Limited edition items may sell out, and we can't guarantee restocks. Pre-order items ship once they are in stock. Release dates are estimates and may change due to manufacturing or other delays. If you have questions about a pre-order, please contact us.

7. Shipping and Returns
Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds are described in our Return and Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

8. Print-on-Demand Products
Some merch items are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful. Because they are produced on demand, colors and printing may vary slightly from product images.

9. Digital Products
When you buy a digital download, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and listen to it for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, share, resell, distribute, or publicly perform digital products, except as permitted by law. All rights in the music and related materials remain with International Anthem, our artists, or other rights holders.

10. Intellectual Property
All content in the Store, including text, graphics, logos, images, artwork, audio, and software, is owned by International Anthem, our artists, or our content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use the Store for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce or use Store content without our permission.

11. Use of the Store
You agree to use the Store only for lawful purposes and not in any way that breaches applicable law, interferes with the Store's operation, or infringes the rights of others.

12. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal information. Please review it before using the Store.

13. Third-Party Services and Links
The Store may link to or rely on third-party services, such as payment providers, shipping carriers, and streaming platforms. We aren't responsible for third-party websites or services, which are subject to their own terms and policies.

14. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Store is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind beyond those required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, International Anthem will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Store or any products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed products.

15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless International Anthem and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Store.

16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. The Terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.

17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. If you are a consumer in the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom, you also keep the protections of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
